Release 1.28.0

With ReconHub version 1.28.0 we release updates to the user interface and the user area. The most significant changes are described in detail below.

Optimisations & new functions

Look & Feel Login

The look and feel of the login page has been renewed. The "Keep me signed in" function has been removed to optimize security.

User manual

The user manual is now also available in English. You can click on the question mark (top right) to see the user manual.

Tenant

Functionality to create a tenant has been added. Only users with role  “system administrator” can create a tenant. To create a tenant, click on "Administration", then select “Tenant”.

Import configurations

“File Processing” under Administration has been renamed to “Import configurations”, and the following functions have been added:
  1. Automatic creation/update/deletion of the scheduler job and trigger when an import configuration is created/updated/deleted
  2. Starting an import
  3. We now show links to triggers and executions so you can easier find activities related to an import configuration

Rules

The function “Copy booking rule” has been renamed to “Duplicate booking rule”. It is now possible to duplicate skip rules, transaction match rules, and settlement match rules.
To duplicate a rule, go to "Administration", then to "Rules" and then select the desired rule type. Then click on the rule you want to duplicate, select the wrench-icon (middle menu item) and chose "Duplicate skip rule".

Reconciliation

Under Reconciliation, deleted organizational entities are only displayed if they have transactions or bank payments. Deleted entities without transactions or payments are not shown any more for a cleaner look in the UI. In addition, the deleted entities are now displayed like other deleted items in ReconHub.

Export 

The generic export module has been extended to support line numbers. The module now also honours the order of debit/credit record types set in the configuration.
