Version 1.48.0 of ReconHub is here! In this release, we’ve enhanced the Outstanding Receivables page with additional views and introduced several small improvements to streamline your workflow.
Last release, we introduced the Outstanding Receivables page to give you a clear, organized view of unpaid amounts grouped by payment processor. This release takes it a step further, adding more views for greater flexibility. You can now explore your outstanding receivables by card brand, by organizational unit, and by transaction.
- By Brand: Similar to the Payment Processor view but grouped by card brand. Two options are available:
- Simple: Shows only the card brand.
- With organizational unit: Breaks down unpaid amounts further by organizational unit within each brand.
- By Organizational Unit: Three options are available:
- Simple: Shows only the organizational unit.
- With payment processors: Displays the organizational hierarchy with payment processors within each unit.
- With brands: Similar to the previous view but grouped by card brands instead of payment processors.
- By Transactions: This view provides a simple list of open items per transaction. You can use it to find specific transactions, such as very old or unmatched ones. It’s also helpful for reviewing high-value transactions during audits or investigating balance discrepancies. If a balance doesn’t match, this view can help determine the cause—whether due to unprocessed transactions or changes not reflected in the posting rules.
Additionally, you can create and export a detailed report of your outstanding receivables. This report helps verify that recorded amounts match the balance sheet, serving as proof of balance for internal processes like month-end closing and audits. It includes the applied filters to ensure clarity and accuracy in the exported data.
Small improvements
This release brings several small but useful improvements. We’ve added a new Tip amount column to the Transactions list, making it easier to track and manage tip-related data.
Additionally, an extra filter for Settlement ID has been added to the EFT transaction list view, providing more flexibility when reviewing transactions.
To improve terminal identification, we've also added the Terminal name alongside the Terminal ID in the transaction list.
