Release 1.57 introduces powerful enhancements to your daily work in ReconHub, including the new RI Assistant.
The Reconciliation Intelligence (RI) Assistant Beta provides instant answers, helps you understand ReconHub features, and guides you directly to the right information — all without leaving the page.
In addition, MRX imports are now more flexible with a new contract-based lookup option, making it easier to assign and process data efficiently.

Improved RI Assistant — now available across ReconHub

We’re excited to introduce the improved Reconciliation Intelligence (RI) Assistant Beta, designed to help you get even more value from ReconHub. You can now ask questions about your transaction data as well as about features and functionality within ReconHub.

Transaction insights

Ask questions about your transaction data, for example:
  1. What was my top organizational unit last week?
  2. What was my top card brand last month?
  3. What is my top payment processor?

Feature guidance & Learn Center support

Get help understanding ReconHub functionality or access relevant Learn center content, for example:
  1. How can I customize my dashboard?
  2. What is the outstanding receivables view used for?
  3. How can I efficiently detect exceptions?
If you need additional assistance, you can create a support ticket directly from within the RI Assistant to connect with a ReconHub Support specialist.

The RI Assistant is automatically enabled for all users and is available on every page via the turquoise button in the bottom-right corner.

Availability

The RI Assistant is available free of charge for all customers during the initial months. Pricing and availability may change after the beta phase.

More flexibility in MRX import

You can now use the contract number instead of the terminal number for specific terminals during MRX import.
