Version 1.49.0 of ReconHub is here! We are very happy to introduce the Notification Panel—a brand-new feature designed to keep you informed about important updates and actions in ReconHub. This is a perfect addition to streamline your reconciliation process.
Along with this, we’ve enhanced the Outstanding receivables page, improving access to key transaction details and providing a clearer overview of organizational units—all in just a few clicks.
Additionally, you can now edit transaction match rules directly from the transaction details page, allowing for quicker adjustments without extra navigation.
Notification Panel
We’re excited to introduce a new feature in this release: the Notification panel!
Now, you can easily stay informed on important actions and updates that require your attention, all in one place. The Notification panel is located in the navigation menu for easy access.
Currently, there are three types of notifications:
- General notifications (updates about release notes, training opportunities, and more)
- Failing import notifications
- Failing collector notifications
By default, you’ll receive general notifications only. However, you can customize your preferences by adjusting the notification settings. Simply click on the settings icon above the notification panel to tailor the notifications to your needs.
Outstanding Receivables
This release brings two useful enhancements to the Outstanding receivables page:
- Expanded transaction details in the "By transactions" view
We’ve added an expander in the data table, allowing you to view all relevant details for each transaction—such as general information, processing details, and postings—without leaving the page.
- Expand/collapse all items in the "By organizational unit" view
You can expand or collapse all items on one level at once. This makes it easier to get a quick overview of your organizational units with a single click.
Settlement Match of Monthly Payouts
ReconHub can now automatically match monthly payouts with the transaction or payout date. Since these payouts don’t have settlement IDs and often arrive at the beginning of the next month, the new matching logic eliminates the need for complex manual rules. This makes reconciling monthly payments much simpler and more reliable.
Business Date of ECR for Balance Matching
The business date of the ECR transaction is now used for balance matching. In cases where an ECR transaction is matched with EFT transactions on different dates, the business date of the ECR will now correctly impact the outstanding receivables calculation, ensuring accurate balance matching.
We've also improved the calculation of business dates to handle cases where transactions occurring after a certain threshold time are included in the following day's balance. You can now define the threshold time for the business date before midnight.
