Improved Navigation & Workflow on ReconHub

To enhance your ReconHub experience, we've introduced intuitive navigation and efficiency tweaks, described in the following sections.

Better Export Management

Easily clean up your workspace by instantly deleting failed exports directly from the Export Detail view.

Improved Accounting View

When viewing the Accounting View of a settlement, an account-centric perspective shows how the settlement will be posted to your ledger.



Newly, when clicking on an amount you will be taken to a list of related postings if the amount is aggregated. Non-aggregated amounts still show the details of the individual posting.


Optimized Import Navigation

Swiftly filter import lists by folder for faster searches. Plus, new direct links between imported files and the corresponding import configuration accelerate your workflow.

More Flexible Rules

Crafting rules just got better! All rules – transaction match, settlement match, and posting – now support the OR operator. This allows crafting diverse filter groups within a single rule, making rule creation more versatile and reducing the total number of rules you need.

Better Data Integrity

We believe in quality data for optimal outcomes. To amplify your data integrity and matching rate, the ReconHub Sales API now enforces stricter validation. Transactions missing a terminal ID or location ID are promptly rejected, ensuring only complete data enters the system.

Improved Settlement Integration

We've expanded our capabilities for settlement integrations.
  • Diverse File Support:
    ReconHub now also supports MRX for Swisscard file imports.
  • Enhanced American Express Integration:
    The American Express GRRCN integration now also supports both versions 3.01 and 4.01.
