Introducing Analytics - Gain Deeper Insights into Your Data
We are thrilled to introduce a significant upgrade to your ReconHub experience: ReconHub Analytics. We have been working behind the scenes to enhance our platform and provide
you with more powerful insights into your payment data.
Why are we so excited about it? The new analytics feature provides a
dynamic and comprehensive view of your electronic payment performance,
empowering you to make data-driven decisions with confidence. As finance professionals, we recognize the immense value you place on
accurate, accessible data. With that in mind, our new Analytics feature
has been developed to serve as a potent tool in your decision-making
arsenal.
The Analytics feature introduces comprehensive analytics reports and graphs,
primarily
focusing on two crucial areas - Turnover and Fees, and Matching
Statistics. With visually engaging graphics and flexible data
filtering options, you'll be able to deep dive into your data right
within the platform.
As we roll out the Analytics feature, we'll be doing so gradually to ensure a seamless transition for all our clients. Some users will get early access, while others will see it in their accounts in the upcoming weeks. We appreciate your understanding during this phased roll-out and assure you the wait will be rewarding!

Analytics Dashboard
The Analytics Dashboard is the entry point into Analytics and available under the new menu item "Data
analytics". This dashboard provides an instant overview and is split into three
sections: Quick access to each available report, key metrics, and
predefined Turnover and Fees, and Matching reports. With convenient,
on-dashboard filters, you can swiftly overview your payment and
reconciliation data. Navigate to detailed insights from each item on the
dashboard via the corresponding icon.
Turnover and fees Report
Explore the new Turnover and Fees report, designed to provide in-depth insights into your sales and payments performance.Matching Statistics
The Matching reports are designed to let you assess
the progress and completion status of your reconciliation processes.
Similar to the turnover and fees report, you can deconstruct matching
statistics by date, card brand, or organizational unit.Only available on Cloud
Our newly introduced Analytics feature is, at present, exclusively available to our ReconHub SaaS customers in the cloud,
allowing us to ensure streamlined performance and continual enhancements
without requiring client-side deployments.
Detection and creation of new terminals
This release improves the process for managing new terminals.
ReconHub will now list any terminals that were detected during transaction
processing that have not yet been configured. This new list is called "Proposed terminals" and is available in the "Organization" menu.
This streamlines your
workflow by allowing you to simply review and create necessary terminals
from this list. In addition, ReconHub will intelligently suggest
potential locations, expediting the assignment of terminals to the
correct organizational structures. For EP2 RAF imports, terminal
creation is automated, making the process even more efficient.
Commenting function for manual adjustments
To promote team collaboration and transparency, we've added a feature
that allows you to input comments when creating adjustments. This
ensures other users understand the reasoning behind specific
adjustments, fostering a better understanding of the process.
DCC support for MRX (Dynamic Currency Conversion)
The latest release now supports and processes DCC information from Worldline via the EFT MRX import module. This new functionality allows customers with DCC-enabled devices to export kickback information to their accounting systems.
Sales API - validation improvement
To ensure smooth and efficient data processing, ReconHub will no longer
accept data with unknown brands or acquirers. In such cases, clients can
either omit the value, leave it blank, or set it to "Unknown". For
comprehensive guidelines on acceptable values, please visit developers.reconhub.cloud.
New Export Upload Option: Email
We're introducing another convenient export upload option: email. You
can now send exports directly to an email address by simply creating a
new upload configuration in the ReconHub administration area.
Dedicated Upload monitoring
With our latest release, we've implemented dedicated monitoring for
uploads, providing users with the ability to track and manage all
transfers from ReconHub to external systems. This comes particularly
handy when troubleshooting issues with the receiving system, as failed
transmissions can be conveniently restarted.
Support for New Imports
ReconHub supports additional data sources for ECR and EFT data, including:- Amazon Selling Partner API
