We're thrilled to announce that with Version 1.33.0, we've rejuvenated different areas of ReconHub to provide an enhanced experience. Below, we delve into some changes that are waiting for you.

Introducing a Redesigned User Interface

We believe that familiarity breeds confidence, and that's why we've given ReconHub an uplifting revamp while keeping its core functionality intact. The refreshed look aims to improve efficiency, simplify navigation, and offer a seamless user experience.

Our goal is to make working with ReconHub as easy as possible, and we will continue to work hard on making the usability even better.

New Dashboard

Easier to understand

The redesigned interface will intuitively guide your focus, making it easier to navigate through the platform. For instance, we've restructured the navigation bar to echo the natural flow of transactions through ReconHub, and we've also updated some labels for immediate recognition and clarity.

Maximize Your Workspace

We've optimized our layout by removing the top header bar and refining table arrangements. Now, you can enjoy more data at one glance and work in a clutter-free space, thereby boosting your productivity.


Enhanced User Menu, Support, and Learning

We've relocated the user menu to the bottom left sidebar for ease of access. Additionally, the sidebar will serve as your gateway to support and learning resources. Access your support tickets and the ReconHub Learn Center directly from here.



Understand why a transaction was matched or skipped

In a bid to offer more transparency, we've made it easier to understand why a transaction was matched or skipped. Now, you can view the rules applied to a transaction in the detailed view of bank payments & transactions.



Simplified Manual Matching

To expedite manual matching, we've added the option to search for matching candidates within specific organizational units. We've also optimized the display of search results, presenting all relevant fields at a glance.



Streamlined Entity Creation in your Organization

We've simplified the process of creating multiple entities within your merchant structure. A newly introduced 'Save & new' button, available when creating organizational units, terminals, and accounts, is now in place to streamline this task and enhance efficiency.



Collector Executions Dashboard item

A newly introduced dashboard element now provides a clearer overview of the status and results of the collector executions.



CAMT.053 Import Module Enhancement

With the latest release, the CAMT.053 import module supports additional fields, thereby improving visibility in both detail and list views for bank payments.
For this purpose, some terms were also adapted to the latest CAMT.053 specification.
