With ReconHub version 1.31.0 we release updates to different areas. The most significant changes are described in detail below.

Optimisations & new functions

New Sales API with online developer help

With this release, a new Sales API is available for transmitting sales (ECR) data. Sales data from web shop systems or point-of-sale tems can be sent to ReconHub via this API and processed and displayed there as ECR transactions.
The Sales API is available at https://api.reconhub.cloud/sales/v1/ for SaaS customers. For on-premise or VM installations, the API can also be used upon request.
At the same time, we offer a new and easy to understand online documentation for developers at https://developers.reconhub.cloud. This API documentation provides comprehensive information about the functions and parameters of the new Sales API. This helps developers to quickly start implementing the API. The available examples ensure that the API can be integrated with minimal effort.


Feature development for the already available EcrGeneric Import API will be discontinued. However, it will still be supported for the time being.

Management of Custom Fields

With Release 1.31.0, custom fields for terminals and organizational units can now be conveniently managed in the administration area. A tenant administrator can now easily create new fields and view, update or delete them at any time.

On the overview page, all information about the custom fields can be viewed, including for which entities such fields exist and where they are visible and can be used in the UI.

Export of Organizational Structure

The merchant structure can now be downloaded in Excel format, in the tenant administration. Thanks to the existing import functionality, flexible editing of the organizational structure in Excel is now possible. This makes it much easier to do bulk edits on your structure.

Support for New Imports

ReconHub supports additional data sources for ECR and EFT data, including:
•    Amazon S3
•    Axess
•    Alturos Destinations

Please contact your ReconHub Key Account Manager if you want to use one of these imports.

ReconHub now also offers support for the accounting export to TOPIX Business Software.

Configurable Document Number for Abacus

To provide the best possible flexibility for booking exports to Abacus Business Software, customer-specific logic for the document number can now be configured.

To further improve the user experience in ReconHub and to provide data even faster, we have implemented numerous performance optimizations in the app.
