Optimisations & new functions
Support for new regions in settings
With this new release, ReconHub supports additional regional settings for optimal display of numbers, currencies, and times for the user.
The default cultures at the top of the selection list can be configured per tenant.
Region configuration for the user
Manual Transaction Matching with Order ID
It is now possible to match with an Order ID when manually matching transactions. This is particularly helpful in web shop settings, where the Order ID is a main transaction identifier.
Manual Bank Matching per Organization Unit
It is now possible to filter transactions per organizational unit during manual settlement matching. This makes the matching easier if you have payments for different entities in your organizational structure.
Double Charge Detection Improvement
To minimize manual work, ReconHub has an algorithm to automatically detect and skip double charges.
The double charge algorithm has now been improved so it can also include the last 4 digits of PANs and many other criteria, to detect even more double charges.

Import
Support for new imports like Uber eats, Stripe and Wallee
ReconHub was extended to support many more data sources for POS and EFT data. Among others, the following data sources are now supported:
• Uber eats
• Stripe
• Wallee
• Byjuno
• Mollie
Please contact your ReconHub key account manager if you wish to use one of these imports.
OAuth for IMAP, POP3
Certain email providers will end, or have ended, support for the Basic Authentication protocol to send or receive emails. This means that this form of authentication cannot be used anymore, and the OAuth protocol must be used.
Certain collectors in ReconHub made use of Basic Authentication and were now extended to also support OAuth.
EBICS 3.0 now supported
Some import data sources that ReconHub uses underly international standards. We continuously monitor these different standards to ensure we can continuously process this data.
As part of this, ReconHub now supports the latest EBICS version: 3.0, which will come into effect in 2023.
Export
Postings without matching
It is now possible to post transaction to your accounting without first matching them.
This means that you do not have to wait until ECR, EFT and bank transactions are reconciled until you can export them. Therefore, you will see your turnover earlier in your accounting system.
A configuration project is required to activate this feature. Please contact your ReconHub key account manager if you wish to make use of it.
Improved Support
We continuously strive to provide you the best support possible. As part of this, we are introducing a new logging tool that enables us to help you faster and sometimes even proactively. The log data will be accessible by our support team. This means that we can help you more efficiently and faster.
This tool is also used for on-premise installations. You can contact the Abrantix support team at any time to deactivate this feature. Please note, if this feature is deactivated our support team can work less efficiently to help you.
