What is FADP (nDSG)?

Switzerland's new Federal Act on Data Protection Act (nDSG) affects all companies based in Switzerland and foreign companies that operate in Switzerland or whose data processing has an impact in Switzerland.

The FADN Act goes into effect in September 2023.
